If you're interested in registering for a tennis league this year, but your busy schedule may not allow for matches on the same date/time each week, then USTA Colorado Flex League is made just for you.

USTA Flex Leagues group players of similar ability together in an organized season that gives players a round robin of 5-8 matches that are scheduled when and where it's most convenient for them.

· It's the ready-to-play-tennis-when-you-are-league.
· Weekdays, mornings, evenings...even on your lunch hour.
· USTA Flex league matches DO NOT count toward NTRP ratings.

The J Tennis Center will be open through April 30, 2018

The incredible support we’ve received from our community over the past several months has reinvigorated every facet of our Tennis Center. Because of this, we are thrilled to announce that the Center will remain open through April 30, 2018! We greatly look forward to building on the energy, enthusiasm, and excitement of our members during the 2017-2018 season.

Summer registration opens on March 13. All existing members must execute a new contract before May 1, 2017 for the summer season. Memberships not renewed will be considered new and will be subject to applicable initiation fees. Our updated summer/winter season pricing, rules, and regulations are listed below.

To our current members–your commitment to this sport and to our community is inspirational. Thank you for your love of the game, your connection to the J and to one another, and for your support of Stacy and me during our first season here.

See you on the court,

Jim Swiggart
Tennis Director

TGA introduces the life-long sport of tennis at a young age through programs that provide a fun and enriching experience for children while being a convenient and affordable option for parents. Their dedicated coaching staff help students develop their skills and a passion for tennis while using the sport as a vehicle for delivering curriculums that are loaded with educational concepts including STEM and life skills such as respect, honesty, perseverance and sportsmanship. TGA stands for: Teach, Grow, Achieve – the foundation of every program. Partnered with the USTA, they invite you to give your child the advantage of learning and playing tennis in an environment that will be beneficial for a lifetime. Classes are held at schools right after school and during camps at facility partner locations in the summer. Find out more at playtga.com/douglas.

Douglas County Tennis is growing in participation due to the efforts and passions of Ben Wolfe. He became the head pro in 2014 and continues developing youth programming, adult leagues and instruction throughout Castle Rock. With 13 years of coaching and teaching experience, he’s interacted with a spectrum of abilities, skills and personalities. In addition to Douglas County Tennis, Ben also teaches Chemistry at Castle View High School and is the Head Coach for Girls Tennis. He’s a self-taught player who understands the relationship between mind and body and incorporates nutrition, fitness and mobility into his instruction and training whenever possible. While Bison Park is certainly home to a variety of tennis activities, he has also extended his reach to South Ridge and Sedalia Elementary Schools and continues to successfully integrate tennis with community.
