We Heard You- Here Are Some Changes We're Making


We can’t thank our customers enough for sharing their feedback through our recent survey. The response was truly incredible! Here’s what we heard and what we’re doing in response:
 
  1. Supporting local businesses is very important, but price matters too...
    We will price-match any authorized retailer for a like-for-like item (some restrictions apply), allowing you to get the best possible prices while still supporting your local tennis shop. We also offer loyalty points on every purchase, making our prices even better than the competition.
     
  2. You want more sales and special offers – who doesn’t?!
    Join our Loyalty text message program to be the first to hear about our sales and receive special offers for loyalty members only. Stop by any of our stores or give us a call to sign up.
     
  3. More pickleball!
    We love that the sport of pickleball is exploding, and we’ll continue to expand our pickleball selection to offer you the products you need.
     
  4. You love ping pong.
    We do too, which is why we’re going to start carrying ping pong gear. Keep an eye out for our future launch!
     
  5. Our customer service is what separates us from the rest.
    We received so many compliments regarding our staff and service. We truly appreciate this feedback, and we can’t wait to keep providing top-notch service to our wonderful customers!
