Warehouse - Inventory Fulfillment

Job Description

The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for handling all inventory in our point of sale system as it relates to eCom, Distribution, as well as Amazon and eBay stores (3P). This person is responsible for price compliance within each brands retail and/or distribution policy.  

Essential Duties 

  • Prepares orders by processing transfers; pulling materials; packing orders; processing shipping and receiving 
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment
  • Orders shipping supplies
  • Maintains 3P listings
  • Provides metrics on 3P sales
  • Responds to customer service inquiries
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
  • Data entry, documentation, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work alone 
  • Ability to problem solve in a professional manner. 
  • Adhere to brand pricing policy for all channels of sales
  • Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  • This position reports to the Manager of Online Sales and Distribution.
  • 1 year of inventory management preferred 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Proven success in the following job competencies:

  • Proficient in data entry using 3P software
  • Professionalism
  • Use a computer for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to walk up and down a flight of stairs several times throughout the day

Tennis Court Maintenance Crew

Job Description

Game-Set-Match, Inc. is seeking two part-time Tennis Court Maintenance Crew Members to assist with seasonal maintenance of tennis and pickleball courts. This is a part-time position (approx. 20-25 hours per week) that typically runs from mid-March through mid-October.

Essential Duties 

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Tennis Machines/Court Maintenance Supervisor in performing tasks related to tennis and pickleball court maintenance.

  • Examples of daily tasks include court washing, rolling up/down windscreens, maintaining windscreens, and related tasks. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Job requires bending, climbing step ladders, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Applicants must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work sites throughout the Denver Metro area.
  • Seeking mechanically-oriented candidates with good organizational skills who can display professionalism.
  • Some basic reporting and documentation is involved.
  • No specific work experience required.

Pay: $12.00-16.00 depending on experience.
